Corporate Wellness
What a workday does to a body
Most desk work asks the same thing of a body for eight hours: hold this position, make small movements with the hands and eyes, and do very little else. Bodies are excellent at adapting to what they repeatedly experience, which is the problem — they adapt to that too. The neck, shoulders, hips, and wrists usually register it first.
None of that requires a lecture or a wellness slogan. It responds to practical things: hands-on work that releases what has gone tight, and a handful of movements people can actually run at their desks between meetings.
We bring both on site.
On-site chair massage
Seated massage, in your space, in short appointments that fit a workday. No changing, no table, no oil, no disruption to the room next door. Most teams schedule 10- to 20-minute slots and rotate people through across a morning or afternoon; we will work out the timing with you based on headcount and how much of the day you can give up.
It is the easiest introduction to this kind of care for employees who have never had any, and it is consistently the part people ask to repeat.
Movement education and movement breaks
The other half is teaching. Short, practical sessions on how sitting, screen position, and repetitive tasks shape the way people move, followed by resets they can do without equipment, without changing clothes, and without carving out an hour.
This draws on the same material as Balls to the Wall, our self-myofascial release program for desk workers, and the Desk Jockey Reset — breathing, dead bugs, crawling patterns, and loaded carries, chosen because they build trunk control without demanding a gym. Teams can book a single education session, a recurring movement break, or a combination with chair massage on the same visit.
Employee wellness events
For health fairs, benefits-enrollment weeks, safety days, and team offsites, we can run a station: chair massage, a movement screen, and short talks sized for the attention people have at an event. It fits alongside whatever else you already have scheduled, and it sends employees back to their desks with something they can use that afternoon.
Scheduling and travel
Events are scheduled around your workday — mornings, afternoons, lunch windows, or across multiple shifts. Chiro Cafe is based inside CrossFit Garage in Woodstock, Georgia, and we travel throughout Kennesaw, Acworth, Marietta, Canton, and the greater Atlanta area.
To put together a proposal we need three things: roughly how many people, what space you can offer, and the window of time you have. From there you get a format, a duration, and a price.
Movement is medicine — and maintenance beats repair, at a desk as much as anywhere else.
