Move Better.
Feel Better.
Live Better.

Chiropractic care, advanced soft-tissue treatment, and movement rehabilitation for people who want more than temporary relief.

What makes this different

Stop Chasing Symptoms. Start Changing Patterns.

Chiro Cafe is not built to feel like a traditional chiropractic office. Care here combines adjustments, advanced soft-tissue treatment, movement assessment, rehabilitation, and practical exercise programming — because the goal is not a temporary reset. It is understanding why your body hurts, restoring the options it has lost, and building enough capacity to keep doing what you want to do.

You are shaped by what you do every day. Maintenance beats repair.

The Process

Assess · Adjust · Release · Rebuild

  1. 01

    Assess

A movement assessment at the start and end of every session, so we can see whether anything actually changed.

  2. 02

    Adjust

Restore joint motion and mechanical options. An adjustment is a catalyst — it is not what makes the change stick.

  3. 03

    Release

Reduce the soft-tissue tension, adhesion, and scar tissue that keep a joint from finding centration.

  4. 04

    Rebuild

Rehabilitation and movement programming that rebuild motor control and reinforce more efficient patterns.

Perform. The point of all four is the same — move, work, train, and live with more durability.

In their words

What Patients Say

Dr. Cam has been a great mentor on my journey back to mobility and a great protector of my joints. Without Dr. Cam I would not be able to stay on the jiu jitsu mat or have the mobility to perform the techniques required to choke people out.

I've dealt with foot pain for over two years. As an avid tennis player, this became a serious problem in July when an MRI revealed I had partially torn my peroneal tendon — the tendon that connects to the bottom of the foot — along with inflammation in both feet. That's when I reached out to Dr. Cam. He brought me in for a full assessment and immediately gave me real answers. Since then, we've been working through true physical therapy that isn't just about healing the injury, but about strengthening my foot so it doesn't happen again. He listened — really listened — to my concerns, and then built an actual plan of action instead of just handing me a Band-Aid fix. I recommend Dr. Cam without hesitation, especially if you're an athlete. He doesn't just treat the injury — he makes you stronger and helps you prevent it from happening again.

I've had vertigo in the past, but never as bad as I had it recently. I tried everything and it would not go away. That is until I visited Dr. Cam. He was able to do the maneuvers on me that I was trying to do by myself, but he did it more effectively. It wasn't 100% instant relief, but I knew he fixed something when I walked out the door. It took a couple more days to fully recover, but without him, I can't imagine how long I could've gone on like that. He definitely knows his stuff!
